I’m Nathan, an Army veteran and seasoned lifter with over six years of hands-on training experience. Fitness has been a part of my life long before I became a certified personal trainer — it’s something I lived every day in the military and carried with me long after.

When you train with me, you get more than a workout. You get structure, accountability, and a coach who’s fully invested in your success. Every session is tailored to your goals, your abilities, and your pace, whether you’re just starting out or pushing toward a higher level of strength and performance.

Single Session

$60 per session Great for trying out training or booking sessions as needed.

4‑Session Package

$220 total A structured month of training at a discounted rate.

8‑Session Package

$400 total Best value for consistent progress and weekly accountability.

How do I know which service is right for me?

We start with a complimentary consultation to discuss your goals, preferences, and any limitations. From there, we’ll recommend a path that aligns with your lifestyle and adjust as needed.


Do I need access to a gym?

No — you don’t need your own gym membership to train with me. If you don’t have access to a gym, I’m a personal trainer at Spectrum Fitness, and you’re welcome to train with me there.

If you do have a gym you prefer, I can also build customized programs for your equipment, home setup, or any space you have available.
